Good move by UNO to look for a new hockey coach.  For frustrated UNO Hockey fans, it's been a few year's coming.  'bout time to get a coach in there to put some fire under those boy's asses and get some quality wins and further in the playoffs.

Rumor started in office today with no basis whatsoever regarding candidates:

1. Tony Granato since there is rumor that Patrick Roy will be the Avs coach it seemed like a senseless starting point;

2. Barry Melrose bringin the Maverick Mullets to the Qwest Center;

3. Al Hummel, he won a tournament with Kopf at goalie. Imagine what he could do with real talent between the pipes.

4. Wayne Gretzky

5. Barry Switzer, will take them to the next level, win a title and promptly have the Mavs on Quadruple secret probation and banned from the conference.

Don Cherry might just work as long as nobody tells him that the "a" at the end of Omaha is pronounced ah instead of ey.

In another rumor, I heard that after seeing the Conan O'Brien Bud Light commercial, Mike Kemp was going to aire a commercial ad for a coach "seen only in Sweden".
